Head of Marketing and Communications (f/m/d)

Position summary

We are seeking a creative, inspiring and motivated Head of Marketing and Communications to spread our compelling story about the power of humour in a turbulent world. Working closely with the executive management, the other Head of Departments and our 11 country offices you will play a leading role in further developing and strengthening our brand. You will be raising more awareness for our cause thus supporting our partners in their fundraising activities, growing and diversifying our audience and nurturing our relationships with our donors, partners, media and the broad public. Your work will ensure that we deliver against key targets in our Strategy 2025 and that RED NOSES continue to thrive and to grow and anchor our work of the healthcare environment.

Your tasks

  • Leading and implementing the International Brand identity Process
  • Support in conception and implementation of marketing and communication activities in all our local Partner Offices
  • Ensuring the CI implementation in the RN Group on all levels
  • Increase brand visibility and awareness internationally
  • Support the local offices in increasing local brand awareness with a strong focus on supporting fundraising activities
  • Undertake continuous analysis and evaluation of own activities and benchmark with peer landscape and global industry trends
  • Contribute to an advocacy driven communication in line with the RN strategy
  • Support national and international FR strategies by leveraging digital FR offers

Your background

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing/Communications with a proven track record of success, preferably in the NPO sector or related areas
  • Great understanding for CEE markets
  • Fundamental understanding of fundraising activities, especially direct marketing and online fundraising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in German and English) – CEE languages are an advantage
  • Leading and implementing the International Brand identity Process
  • Able to work at both strategic and “hands on” levels simultaneously
  • Strong organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills with a strong ability of interlaced thinking
  • Strong team player, ability to work under pressure and high level of initiative
  • Positive and resilient with an attitude of support
  • Passion for working in a diverse and international organization
  • Great sense of humour and love for clowns

Position details

  • 38,50 hours/week
  • Head of Department position
  • Reports to the RNI Managing Director
  • Travel may be required, depending on developing safety regulations

Assistant to the CEO - Maternity leave replacement

Assistant to the CEO - Maternity leave replacement (f/m/d)

Position summary

In this position, you will have multiple tasks. First of all you will assist and support the CEO in the full variety of her activities, connecting with the Operational Management and the team of RED NOSES International Head Office as well as with the Boards and Teams of the RED NOSES partner group. You will prepare, coordinate and follow up on the contacts, the correspondence, the meeting and travel schedules, the documents for meetings and presentations and compose corresponding minutes.

Moreover, you will also be a central point in the organisation and administration of the events and the wellbeing of the group. You will organise all main internal and international meetings, you will be responsible for office management and care for smooth flows of our working environment.

Your tasks

Personal Assistant: secretarial, administrative and organizational support services

  • Manage the foundation´s general administrative activities
  • Organize and coordinate administration duties of the RED NOSES International Head Office
  • Coordinate the Foundation Management Board
  • Manage the CEO schedule and prepare meetings, be responsible for diary and inbox management
  • Planning, organization and coordination of internal, external and international meetings of RNI and RNI Group including minutes of the meetings
  • Provide general support to our visitors
  • Relationship-Management of the office of the CEO
  • International business correspondence
  • Preparation of documents and creating and formatting presentations for speeches and lectures of the CEO
  • Assistance in the design, organization and planning of events
  • Coordination and booking of business travels for the RNI office

Your background

You are trained and experienced in international office tasks and project management. You write and express yourself perfectly in German and English. You are very organised and quick in manoeuvring multiple different projects at the same time. You are excellent in all forms of digital skills and social media messaging.

You are a kind person with a good sense of humour and happy to support the RED NOSES team wherever it is needed.
