1. Head of International Artistic Department (f/m/d)

Position summary

We are seeking a creative, inspiring and motivated Head of International Artistic Department to help solidify and develop the artistic structures and quality management systems in RED NOSES. Working closely with the International Artistic Director, the Executive Management, the other Head of Departments and our 11 country offices you will play a leading role in further growing the RED NOSES artistic quality. Your work will ensure that we deliver against key targets in our Strategy 2025 and that RED NOSES continue to thrive and to grow and anchor our work in the healthcare and humanitarian aid environment.
 

Your tasks

  1. Analyze, develop and reinforce sustainable artistic quality management systems for the RN group
  2. Analyze best practices and create synergies between the Artistic Leadership in the RN group and their departments
  3. Monitor the practicality and applicability of artistic quality management systems, including the Artistic Criteria
  4. Cooperation with the International Artistic Director to discuss artistic quality issues and find solutions
  5. Ensure smooth and effective implementation of the artistic education
  6. Make the yearly budget and planning for the International Artistic Department
  7. Organize and structure the existing department to ensure effective and joyful work
  8. Liaise with other Head of Departments to support their work
  9. Vienna based (work permission) candidates are preferred but not a requirement. However, a suitable candidate should be willing and able to work from Vienna, attend meetings etc. on a regular basis

2. Digital Marketing Specialist (f/m/d) - 25 hours/week


Position summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated team member for our Marketing and Communications team.

This challenging position is an outstanding opportunity for you to actively drive the international marketing and communication agenda and to promote the mission and vision of the RED NOSES Group.

In close cooperation with the Head of Marketing and Communications, the role is part of the Marketing and Communications team, which oversees and delivers on a wide range of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.

Your task will be to further develop and implement the digital marketing work of the RED NOSES Group including the following key responsibilities:

  1. Support the development, implementation and monitoring of the RED NOSES Group marketing and communication strategy in close cooperation with the Head of Marketing and Communications
  2. Conception, planning and implementation of digital campaigns in the areas of search engine advertising, display advertising and affiliate marketing
  3. Work closely with our eleven partner organisations and other departments within RNI to coordinate the production and outreach of internal and external online marketing material
  4. Social Media Management and further development of RED NOSES social media presence
  5. Planning, conception, and creation of social media content (text, image, video) for our different channels
  6. Website Management (content creation) and development (strategic planning and implementation)
  7. Work alongside the fundraising manager to support with promotion of events, international campaigns and partnerships
  8. Support international media outreach in close cooperation with our Public Relations manager.
  9. Managing the Google AdWords account and optimising campaigns
  10. Devising, implementing, and optimising online marketing campaigns across different digital platforms
  11. Observation and implementation of new social media trends
  12. Analysis, reporting and controlling (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)


Your skills

  1. Excellent online campaigning knowledge, to recommend and maximise channels for best traffic and conversions
  2. High affinity for innovation, creative ideas and a keen sense of layout and design as well as textual confidence
  3. Experience in the production of digital advertising and website content
  4. At least 4 to 5 years of experience working as a digital marketer or in a similar position
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, to effectively communicate our brand’s message (English is the working language of RNI)
  6. Experience in the production of digital advertising and website content
  7. Experience in website content management systems (CMS like Typo3, WordPress etc.)
  8. Basic knowledge of HTML would be an advantage
  9. High affinity for all relevant social media channels and all digital media
  10. Mental proximity to young target groups and understanding of their communication behaviour
  11. Excellent project management skills and hands-on mentality
  12. Intermediate design skills for social media and website content creation (Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

3. Travel Assistant (f/m/d) - 25 hours/week

Position summary

We are looking for a true organizational allrounder that will support our international office in bringing more humor and laughter to people in need of joy in 11 countries and beyond by ensuring that we get to where we are needed in the most effective way. This includes the day to day travel management of the staff but also the logistics of larger international meetings taking place in Vienna.  An essential contribution to the RN mission of this role will be supporting the Emergency smile activities taking place worldwide. If you love travel and organization and want to put your skills forward for a good cause, we are looking for you:
 

Your tasks

  1. Negotiate agreements with hotels, airlines (and other carriers)  etc. to ensure cost effective travels of RN staff
  2. Negotiate and ensure proper travel insurance for RN staff and collaborators
  3. Management of locations and logistics for Emergency Smile missions
  4. Travel management for the International School of Humor
  5. Organize locations for internal events ( international leadership meetings, team building events, events on management levels, etc.) and on-site support during the events
  6. Supporting with the organization of larger online meetings
  7. One-stop-shop for the travel management of RNI team members (optimization, structuring the workflow, …)
  8.  Supporting other departments in making the yearly budget for logistics and travel management
  9. Vienna based (work permission) candidates are preferred but not a requirement. However a suitable candidate should be willing and able to work from Vienna, attend meetings etc. on a regular basis
     

Your skills

  1. Experienced background in tourism  with focus on business trips (e.g. travel agency)
  2. Experience in negotiations with companies in the logistic area (hotels, carriers, …)
  3. Strong organizational skills
  4. Ability to negotiate with external service provider
  5. Advanced English skills

  7. Basic knowledge of travel related employment law is an asset
